The atmosphere of the area has a lovely and friendly feel. Shari makes sure that even the most nervous people are put to ease to feel comfortable.

Shari does one-on-one training as well as couple training. She specialises in weight loss, rehabilitation, strength training, toning, getting fit and help you with your all over health and wellbeing.

Shari Jones

Shari started out as an aerobics instructor 33 years ago before realising that personal training gave her the one on one meeting with people that she loved. She started up her personal training studio not long after in the beautiful town of Berry in NSW. It was called Berry Gym. Shari worked there for 15 years before moving to Queensland.

Her Story

For the next two years while getting to know the Queensland lifestyle, Shari started personal training in her home in a small studio. She realised business was booming and it was time again to open up a larger place. Shari named it Fitness Shed Mooloolaba.

It was a very busy successful personal training studio that was employing staff, training new personal trainers from the local business schools and also running lunch time boot camps for the local businesses.

After four years of long hours and hard work it was time for her to slow down, so Shari moved the business back home, to a newly renovated studio where she is now happily working. She offers challenges and outside activities on the weekend as group get-togethers.

As a Trainer

Shari is a very nurturing trainer who understands that clients are unique so therefore should be trained accordingly.

She also specialises in rehabilitation. This gives her the highest possible qualifications in training even the most high risk clients. She can help those with difficult issues such as old injuries, back problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, being extremely overweight, knee injuries, post op, and more.
